Service providers may be recommended by their former customers who register on SERVICES24.ES, provide information about themselves and the service received.

What information do I have to provide in order to leave a recommendation?

To leave a recommendation, please register on SERVICES24.ES, indicate your name, comment on the services received, their due date and email address. In addition, we recommend that you attach the client's last name, phone number, profile photo and photographs of the work performed (if any). We recommend that our customers leave as much information as possible so that this recommendation is useful for both the provider and other users of SERVICES24.ES.

How to evaluate the reliability of the recommendations?

New recommendations are always checked by the portal administration and edited if necessary. Suspicious recommendations are deleted without any notice.

In addition, visitors can independently check the profile page of the recommending service provider on SERVICES24.ES. On this page you can find all the information about the user: contacts, a link to a Facebook account, date of registration, date of last login, recommendations about all the services provided by him and much more. Ultimately, when the service provider receives new complaints and does not resolve them, the service provider is removed from this portal. If the service provider has no complaints, there is a good chance that he provides a high-quality service and deserves attention.

How are complaints addressed?

We consider complaints with big responsibility. From the beginning, we allow service providers to resolve complaints on their own (maybe there was simply a misunderstanding). In extreme cases, if the service provider and client cannot agree, we take the following measures:

  • we analyze the complaint and the information provided. We ask for additional information if it is not enough;

  • we ask to confirm the identity of the person who wrote the complaint;

  • If there is enough data to confirm the complaint, and the service provider cannot resolve the conflict, we will place the complaint on the page of the client who provided the service. The service provider will be able to leave a comment and describe his position and explain why he could not resolve the situation.

Is it possible to leave a complaint anonymously?

If the client confirms his identity to the portal administration, we reserve the right not to disclose his name publicly.

How do I create my first personal page?

Will my personal page be found in a Google search?

Yes, every page you create can be found individually in the Google search engine by entering certain keywords related to your services or personal information related to your activity. After you create a page, you will need to wait till Google indexes it. It may take up to several months!

How do I edit my personal page?

Select My Pages in the top panel and click Edit next to the desired page.

How can I upload a photo with samples of my work?

First, select the page where you want to upload the photo, click Edit in the upper left corner and upload the photos. Hover over the uploaded image to describe it (left button), delete it (right button), or drag it to the desired location.

What photos can I upload?

Only photos of your work, place of work or other photos related to your services and activities can be uploaded to your personal photo gallery. Available photo formats: JPG, PNG, GIF. The minimum size for photographs is 400x300 pixels. All uploaded photos must not infringe copyright.

Why can't I upload photos?

If the photo does not load, make sure the photo is at least 400x300 pixels. Please restart your browser before you start uploading the photo again. If you still cannot upload your photos, try using a different browser (such as Chrome or Firefox).
