ACAIR is the Zabell family business, a family that has been on the Costa del Sol since the early 70s. Tim Zabell has been in the air conditioning and heating, pool heating and pool cover business on the Costa del Sol since 1986 when he and his father, Gerald Zabell founded ACAIR, now the longest-established foreign owned air conditioning company on the Coast. Tim is City & Guilds qualified in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) specialising in refrigeration. Over the years they have handled tens of thousands of installations, the vast majority of them in private homes although some large projects have also been handled, such as air conditioning several banks, a residential-shopping centre and hotels as well as pool heating in some large residential complexes.

Many private clients have become close personal friends and others have returned for further installations when they have moved house or enlarged their existing homes. The company covers a large area of Andalucia though the main area covered is the province of Málaga (the Costa Del Sol) including east of Málaga (Nerja and beyond), Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Mijas Costa, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro, Benahavis, Estepona, Casares, Sabinillas, Sotogrande, Tarifa and also inland Málaga, mainly around Alhaurin and Coin. Some large installations have taken them as far as the provinces of Granada and Cádiz.

Acair have worked from the beginning to this very day with the same brands; Fujitsu General for air conditioning and heating and Calorex for pool heating. Automatic pool covers are also our speciality and we work with the very best European makes. We have great experience in indoor pools.
