Hi, I'm Millie - a BASI qualified Mat Pilates Instructor with a difference! I’m a freelance instructor blessed to be based in Marbella Spain.

I offer group classes, workshops, retreats and private tuition in the comfort of your homes and along the beautiful Spanish coast-line.

I found Pilates by pure chance when living in Australia and instantly became hooked, never before had I found anything which totally transformed my body, mind & mental well-being like Pilates.

For me Pilates can be my hour of calm where the movement is truly my medicine, but it can also be 60 mins where I push & challenge my body to new limits. This is one of the reasons I fell for Pilates because one session is never the same.
