Alba Cleaning España is a family run, cleaning and property service company operated by husband and wife team Pat and Alan Finlayson. We moved to Spain in 2019 having spent 12 years, running our Bed and Breakfast, Glamping, and self-catering businesses in Aviemore, in the highlands of Scotland.
Since arriving in Spain, we have opened two self-catering holiday apartments for short term lets. We are fully experienced in how to present holiday accommodation and are taking those high standards into private homes as well as looking after holiday homes. We are reliable and trustworthy. We are currently building up a client base but will not get so large that we cannot provide a personal service.
We offer a full range of services to including changeovers, regular cleans, deep cleans, key holding, laundry, and outdoor tidy ups. For anyone who would like to use their holiday home to take regular paying guests we can help you to set yourself up on various portals and take photographs of your property prior to publication.
Regular checks of your property can be requested for when you are away and before your property is occupied, for example, switching on water and electricity or just getting it ready for yourselves or your guests' arrival. We can even put a few beers in your fridge.
